The Weekend
We are so excited to bring our families together and celebrate our beautiful love story. Thank you for being a part of our journey and making the trip! Festivities commence on Friday evening and end Sunday afternoon. Accommodation and transportation notes can be found in the Plan Your Trip tab. We’ve put together what we're planning to wear as a guide, but please wear what you find comfortable.
Friday, September 5th
Afternoon
Guests arrive during the day and check into your Airbnbs!
Evening
We have rented out one of our favorite James Beard-nominated restaurants to kick off the weekend! We have had many special meals at Brushland Eating House (1927 County Hwy 6, Bovina Center, NY 13740) and are excited to share it with you. Please join us at 6 pm for a private dinner and drinks.
Late night
If you want to keep the party going, please join us for a nightcap at the 29th best dive bar in America (The Andes Hotel, 110 Main St, Andes, NY 13731)!
What We're Wearing
Think a cozy dress, pants and/or a nice sweater for the breezy transition from warm afternoon to cool fall evening. Dinner will be indoors.
Saturday, September 6th
Morning
Yours to explore the bucolic towns of Delhi, Andes, and Bovina! We’d recommend the Blue Bee Cafe (114 Main St, Delhi, NY 13753) or Russell's General Store (2009 County Hwy 6, Bovina Center, NY 13740) for breakfast. If you're an Alison Roman fan, you might check out her corner store First Bloom (52030 NY-10, Bloomville, NY 13739). For those looking for an active start to your day, there are many hiking trails in the area for a morning adventure.
Afternoon
We’ll be hanging at Wayside Cider (55 Redden Ln, Andes, NY 13731) starting at noon, playing board games and sharing a drink or two.
Evening
Private dinner beginning at 5:30 pm at the area’s most charismatic farmhouse, Bovina Farm + Fermentory (2951 Co Rd 5, Bovina Center, NY 13740). Outdoor long-table dinner, champagne tower, toasts, and laughs! Please note that if weather does not permit outdoor dining, the dinner will be inside the farmhouse instead.
What We're Wearing
Upstate formal in farmhouse dresses, button down shirts and sport coats for the men. Shoes to handle country terrain (heels not recommended). Bring an extra layer, just in case!
Sunday, September 7th
Morning
Join us for a country-style breakfast back at Bovina Farm + Fermentory (2951 Co Rd 5, Bovina Center, NY 13740) before heading home! Breakfast will be available starting at 9 am.
